A Catawba County native with a passion for creating and marketing, Wesley is our in-house marketing coordinator and creative director. He handles all things creative as well as assisting with day to day operations of the firm.

An honest and reliable real estate broker with an entrepreneurial spirit, Chip believes helping people find their first home or their forever home is an exciting adventure.

James has been in real estate as a paralegal for the past 8 years and wants to get on the front lines and sell real estate. He loves to interact with new people and making sure all their needs are met.

From Asheville, NC but has called Hickory home most of his adult life. He spent most of his career working in the Transportation Industry, he looks forward to new challenges and to his clients with their goals.

Born and raised in Hickory, Nick was a graduate of Saint Stephens High School, and now resides in the Denver area! Before pursuing a career in real estate, Nick was a member of the Catawba County Sheriff's Department. He has a passion for helping individuals meet their real estate goals no matter the size.

Robert is a local of Catawba County and although new to the real estate industry, he is enthusiastic about forging solid connections within the community. He's excited to embark on this new journey as a real estate agent, and looks forward to making a positive impact through his work.

Tiffany is an experienced Real Estate professional with over 8 years of experience in Residential and Commercial properties. She loves meeting new people and guiding them through the buying or selling process. Her attention to detail allows her clients to enjoy the journey! Graham was born and raised in Saint Charles Illinois (a western Suburb of Chicago) and has been in real estate since the spring of 2021 with Coldwell Banker Realty in Saint Charles. With his family living in the Hickory, area, he decided to pursue his NC Real Estate license to help in a new market. Working with clients from all walks of life and is now expanding his horizons to the beautiful state of North Carolina with the Osborne Real Estate Group.

A proud NC native and Lenoir Rhyne graduate with five years of experience as a realtor. Rip has gained valuable insights from working in multiple local businesses, which he brings to his real estate profession. He is passionate about providing clients with a seamless buying and selling experience. Lanie Bumgarner is a highly skilled Paralegal and licensed Realtor® who brings valuable expertise to Osborne Real Estate Group. With 23 years of residency in Hudson, North Carolina, Lanie has deep roots in the local community. She pursued her passion for real estate while assisting a prominent attorney in real estate closings, gaining extensive knowledge in the closing process. Lanie studied Paralegal Technology at Caldwell Community College to further pursue her passion for this field. Lanie's commitment to delivering exceptional service is evident in her desire to leverage her expertise for the benefit of her clients. Meet Jayson, a seasoned professional in the retail telecommunications industry with over 15 years of experience working for leading companies like Sprint/AT&T and Verizon Wireless. Originally from Stratford, CT, he recently relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, seeking new opportunities. ​ Aside from his successful career, Jayson is a dedicated father of two wonderful daughters, aged 12 and 7, which has ignited his passion for real estate. With his Real Estate license, Jayson aims to help families find their dream homes, creating lasting memories for them. ​ Jayson's journey to our team began during a showing for his potential new home. Jackie's journey began in Eastern North Carolina, but in 1990, she made Hickory, NC, her home. Her career started in the Veterinary Industry, where she utilized her degree as a Registered Veterinary Technician. This fulfilling experience allowed her to combine her love for animals with her professional skills, setting the foundation for her career. In the years that followed, Jackie took on a new adventure by joining her husband, Chip, in his business. Working alongside him in various administrative roles, she gained valuable insights into business operations and the importance of teamwork. This experience proved instrumental when she later transitioned into a role in logistics for a Wholesale Nursery, managing operations across the eastern U.S. This role broadened her understanding of the business landscape and honed her organizational skills. Jackie and Chip's journey took a profound turn when they decided to move to Costa Rica for a few years to serve in the mission field. This experience enriched their lives in ways they never imagined, deepening their commitment to helping others. Upon returning to the States, Jackie resumed her work in logistics but also felt called to re-engage in ministry, particularly with Safe Harbor and Kingdom Life Church. Real estate became the next chapter in their story. With a shared passion for helping others, Jackie and Chip transitioned into real estate to combine their skills and work as a team. They take great pride in offering their clients exceptional service and ensuring their home buying or selling experience is smooth and rewarding. Jackie is driven by the desire to connect people with homes that not only meet their needs but also enhance their lives.
